Cyprus Black Salt is harvested from the ocean then blended with activated charcoal. The large pyramid-shaped crystals are maintained, providing a beautiful crunch to dishes.

Use as a finishing salt. The charcoal colour will run when added to liquids or moist foods.

Sprinkle on a pizza, baked bread and goods (bagels!), fried cheese, grilled fish.
